Born on February 27, 1995, in Springfield, Missouri, Conor was a lifelong member of the community he would later serve professionally. He attended Springfield Public Schools and graduated from Kickapoo High School in 2013. From a young age, he demonstrated strong academic ability, curiosity, and a developing sense of justice that would shape his future career path. He went on to attend Truman State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in history in 2017, before pursuing his legal education at the University of Missouri School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in 2020.
After being admitted to the bar, Conor returned to his hometown and joined the Greene County Prosecutor’s Office. He later served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in the Major Crimes Unit, where he earned respect for his preparation, professionalism, and commitment to justice. Colleagues remember him as a diligent and principled attorney who worked tirelessly on behalf of victims and brought both intelligence and fairness to the courtroom. He was especially devoted to his two dogs, Sunny and Banks, who were an important part of his daily life.
